User Data Deletion Instructions
Ageless Marketing respects your privacy and provides a way to request deletion of personal information received through our Facebook and Instagram integrations.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your information, email:
Use the subject line:
User Data Deletion Request
Please include enough information for us to identify your records, such as:
- Your name
- Your Facebook or Instagram username
- The email address associated with your request
- A brief description of the information you want deleted
We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.
What We Will Delete
After verifying the request, we will delete personal information associated with your Facebook or Instagram interaction from Ageless Marketing systems, including applicable messaging, contact, engagement, and account-identification data.
Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory purposes.
Removing Access Through Facebook
You may also remove the Ageless Command Center application through your Facebook account:
- Open Facebook Settings and Privacy.
- Select Settings.
- Open Apps and Websites.
- Find Ageless Command Center.
- Select Remove.
- Follow the available instructions to request deletion of associated data.
We will process verified deletion requests as promptly as reasonably possible.
